Can I claim? Am I entitled to compensation?
If you were involved in a road traffic accident which was not your fault then you are entitled to claim compensation for any losses that you have suffered, e.g. personal injury / rehabilitative treatment / loss of earnings / insurance excess / vehicle repairs / car hire, other out of pockets expenses.
How long will my case take?
